Shot blasting vibrating chargers
Shotblasting chargers are machines used to load parts into shotblasting machines in automatic processes. Mainly used for shot blasting machines in automatic moulding lines (vertical or horizontal moulding).
It also transports the pieces that have already been shot-blasted, placing vibrating conveyors with rubber coatings so as not to damage the pieces at the exit of the shot-blasting machine.
Characteristics:
- Single or two way movement.
- With weighing cells in option.
- Front gate for material retention driven by a cylinder.
- Machines to pick the pieces up afterwards to be cleaned.
