Grizzlies-Scalpers
Vibrotech Engineering S.L. performs the design and manufacture of vibrating grizzlies and scalpers mainly for the industry of extraction of aggregates (quarries, gravel pits and mining industry) and recycling plants solid urban waste and mixed construction and demolition waste.
These machines are generally driven by gear box exciters for large models or with electric motor vibrators for smaller sizes. The drive is selected depending on the size of the grizzly and the flow to be processed.
The machines are designed with heavy construction, due to the demanding jobs they are subjected to.
Generally, the use of the grizzlies and scalpers is to reduce fine production input to crushing mills and jaw crushers eliminating fine material before entry to them.
The grizzlies and scalpers can be manufactured with various configurations depending on the operation. Likewise all types of grids can be adapted for the separation of fine material.
