Densimetric Tables

The densimetric tables are machines designed for the separation of products of different densities, through a fluidization system plus a vibration component.

They are driven by vibratory systems (eccentric shaft system or electric vibrators), at the same time that the blower creates an air chamber. In this way, a separation of the products of different densities takes place.

The installation can be done with two tables in parallel and with a vibrating feeder, which acts as a distributor of the materials.

The materials that can be separated in this type of tables are very diverse, as well as the sectors of application.

Some of the most common are:

  • Machinery for MSW plants, inert separation of compost.
  • Recycling of glass, plastics, electrical materials, etc …
  • Preparation of biomass before combustion.
